Hydraulic Laboratory Presses "HLP"
Höfer laboratory presses are characterized by their robust, durable construction and clear, functional design. The modular design allows for flexible configuration to meet specific process requirements.
The presses can be tailored to specific applications, for example, through different press platen sizes, integrated heating or cooling systems, and features such as data logging and process monitoring.
High-precision hydraulic control ensures maximum accuracy and high efficiency during operation. Features such as adjustable pressure ramps enable controlled force application and ensure reproducible and reliable results.
Hydraulic Laboratory Press "HLP20"
Functionalities:
- Siemens 12-inch touchscreen display and pushbuttons
- pressure control: adjustable pressure levels for pressure build-up
- positioning operation and degassing stroke
- heating: step-by-step haeting of the press plates,
separately adjustable for upper and lower plates - open position continuously adjustable
- up to 20 program steps are possible and are executed sequentially
(temperature, press force, time, and optional subsequent conditions) - visualization of all process parameters
- process data can be saved via USB storage
- three slots for additional temperature sensors (type K thermocouples), fully evaluable and integrable into the press program
